Put the note straight into your record system
Docdemic does not ask you to switch EHR. The browser extension inserts notes into web-based systems, and the desktop app pastes them into Windows programs, wherever your cursor is. Nothing is read from the record system.
Web-based systems: browser extension
For Chrome and Edge. Docdemic opens in the side panel; “Insert into journal” types the note into the field you last clicked, including editors inside frames.

Not on the list?
The extension works with any text field in a web page and the desktop app with any Windows program that accepts paste, so your system very likely works too. The list shows the systems we are checking one by one; a system is marked verified only after a hands-on test. And copy-and-paste always works.
