- Description
- Bedömning av att städa hemmet såsom att städa upp, dammsuga, damma, sopa, skura, torka av golv, tvätta fönster och väggar, rengöra badrum och toaletter och att rengöra hemmets inventarier samt att diska och städa upp efter matlagning. Innefattar insamling och analys av information från exempelvis standardiserade bedömningsinstrument, skattningsskalor, intervju och/eller observation. ICF d6401, d6402, d6403
How PP006 is used
Swedish care providers record a KVÅ code for each procedure they carry out and report it, together with the patient’s ICD-10 diagnosis codes, to the National Patient Register. The diagnosis says what the patient has; the KVÅ code says what was done. Medical codes have two letters and three digits and cover investigations, treatments and other care that is not surgery.
