- Bedömning av att tvätta kläder för hand eller i tvättmaskin och på lämpligt sätt torka dessa och efterbehandla tvätten, att samla ihop, sortera, tvätta, på lämpligt sätt torka och efterbereda tvätten, att kunna använda hushållsapparater samt att transportera sig själv och tvätten till och från avsett utrymme. Innefattar insamling och analys av information från exempelvis standardiserade bedömningsinstrument, skattningsskalor, intervju och/eller observation. ICF d6403, d6408A
How PP005 is used
Swedish care providers record a KVÅ code for each procedure they carry out and report it, together with the patient’s ICD-10 diagnosis codes, to the National Patient Register. The diagnosis says what the patient has; the KVÅ code says what was done. Medical codes have two letters and three digits and cover investigations, treatments and other care that is not surgery.
