- Bedömning av att planera, organisera, laga och servera enkla och sammansatta måltider till sig själv och andra, att göra upp en matsedel, välja ut lämpliga varor och drycker och samla ihop och bereda ingredienser till varm eller kall mat. Innefattar insamling och analys av information från exempelvis standardiserade bedömningsinstrument, skattningsskalor, intervju och/eller observation. ICF d630, d6403. How PP004 is used
Swedish care providers record a KVÅ code for each procedure they carry out and report it, together with the patient’s ICD-10 diagnosis codes, to the National Patient Register. The diagnosis says what the patient has; the KVÅ code says what was done. Medical codes have two letters and three digits and cover investigations, treatments and other care that is not surgery.
