- Används när samtliga planerade habiliteringsåtgärder i habiliteringsplanen är genomförda och avslutade inom öppen vård. Om patientens habilitering ska fortsätta inom annan öppenvård är inte habiliteringen genomförd. Utesluter AW032 Genomfört åtgärdspaket enligt habiliteringsplan inom sluten vård, AW031 Genomförd rehabilitering enligt rehabiliteringsplan inom öppen vård
How AW033 is used
Swedish care providers record a KVÅ code for each procedure they carry out and report it, together with the patient’s ICD-10 diagnosis codes, to the National Patient Register. The diagnosis says what the patient has; the KVÅ code says what was done. Medical codes have two letters and three digits and cover investigations, treatments and other care that is not surgery.
