- Används när samtliga planerade rehabiliteringsåtgärder i rehabiliteringsplanen är genomförda och avslutade inom öppen vård. Om patientens rehabilitering ska fortsätta inom annan öppenvård är inte rehabiliteringen genomförd. Utesluter AW030 Genomfört åtgärdspaket enligt rehabiliteringsplan inom sluten vård, AW033 Genomförd habilitering enligt habiliteringsplan inom öppen vård
How AW031 is used
Swedish care providers record a KVÅ code for each procedure they carry out and report it, together with the patient’s ICD-10 diagnosis codes, to the National Patient Register. The diagnosis says what the patient has; the KVÅ code says what was done. Medical codes have two letters and three digits and cover investigations, treatments and other care that is not surgery.
