- Används när samtliga planerade rehabiliteringsåtgärder i rehabiliteringsplanen är genomförda och avslutade inom sluten vård. Om patienten skrivs ut för fortsatt rehabilitering till annan vårdenhet i sluten vård med samma rehabiliteringsbehov, är inte åtgärdspaketet genomfört. Åtgärdskoden används inte när patienten är inskriven i akutsjukvården.
How AW030 is used
Swedish care providers record a KVÅ code for each procedure they carry out and report it, together with the patient’s ICD-10 diagnosis codes, to the National Patient Register. The diagnosis says what the patient has; the KVÅ code says what was done. Medical codes have two letters and three digits and cover investigations, treatments and other care that is not surgery.
