- Ständig närvaro hos en enskild patient av särskilt avdelad personal som aldrig lämnar patienten ensam. Syftet är att förhindra att fara för patientens fysiska eller psykiska hälsa eller för annans liv uppstår. Se även GA002 Extra tillsyn.
How XV014 is used
Swedish care providers record a KVÅ code for each procedure they carry out and report it, together with the patient’s ICD-10 diagnosis codes, to the National Patient Register. The diagnosis says what the patient has; the KVÅ code says what was done. Medical codes have two letters and three digits and cover investigations, treatments and other care that is not surgery.
