- Bedömning av att lyfta upp ett föremål eller ta något från en plats till en annan såsom att lyfta en kopp eller bära ett barn från ett rum till ett annat. Att sparka boll eller trampa på cykelpedaler ingår. Innefattar även insamling och analys av information från exempelvis standardiserade bedömningsinstrument, skattningsskalor, intervju och/eller observation. ICF d430 - d435
How PM004 is used
Swedish care providers record a KVÅ code for each procedure they carry out and report it, together with the patient’s ICD-10 diagnosis codes, to the National Patient Register. The diagnosis says what the patient has; the KVÅ code says what was done. Medical codes have two letters and three digits and cover investigations, treatments and other care that is not surgery.
