- Bedömning av att göra en överflyttning från en yta till en annan såsom att glida längs en bänk eller att flytta sig från säng till stol utan att ändra kroppsställning. Innefattar insamling och analys av information från exempelvis standardiserade bedömningsinstrument, skattningsskalor, intervju och/eller observation. ICF d420. Utesluter PM001, PM002
How PM003 is used
Swedish care providers record a KVÅ code for each procedure they carry out and report it, together with the patient’s ICD-10 diagnosis codes, to the National Patient Register. The diagnosis says what the patient has; the KVÅ code says what was done. Medical codes have two letters and three digits and cover investigations, treatments and other care that is not surgery.
