- Beslut om övervakning av försändelser från patient, vilket innebär att innebär att chefsöverläkaren får öppna, ta del av och granska det skriftliga innehållet samt kvarhålla försändelser från patienten. Avser chefsöverläkares beslut enligt 22a § LPT eller 8 § LRV. Inkluderar granskning av det skriftliga innehållet
How XU032 is used
Swedish care providers record a KVÅ code for each procedure they carry out and report it, together with the patient’s ICD-10 diagnosis codes, to the National Patient Register. The diagnosis says what the patient has; the KVÅ code says what was done. Medical codes have two letters and three digits and cover investigations, treatments and other care that is not surgery.
