- Träning i att planera, organisera, laga och servera enkla eller sammansatta måltider, att hålla rent i hemmet, att rengöra kök och köksredskap, städa bostaden, förvara dagliga förnödenheter och på lämpligt sätt ta hand om avfall, samla ihop, tvätta, torka, vika och stryka kläder samt putsa skor, att till olika sysslor använda lämpliga hushållsapparater. How QP005 is used
Swedish care providers record a KVÅ code for each procedure they carry out and report it, together with the patient’s ICD-10 diagnosis codes, to the National Patient Register. The diagnosis says what the patient has; the KVÅ code says what was done. Medical codes have two letters and three digits and cover investigations, treatments and other care that is not surgery.
