- Bedömning av människor och djur som ger praktiskt fysiskt eller emotionellt stöd, uppfostran, skydd och hjälp och som har relationer till individen i hemmet, på arbetsplatsen, i skolan eller vid lek eller i andra avseenden av de dagliga aktiviteterna. Innefattar insamling och analys av information från exempelvis standardiserade bedömningsinstrument, skattningsskalor, intervju och/eller observation. ICF e310 - e360
How PT011 is used
Swedish care providers record a KVÅ code for each procedure they carry out and report it, together with the patient’s ICD-10 diagnosis codes, to the National Patient Register. The diagnosis says what the patient has; the KVÅ code says what was done. Medical codes have two letters and three digits and cover investigations, treatments and other care that is not surgery.
