- Bedömning av engagemang i religiösa eller andliga aktiviteter, organisationer och utövanden för självförverkligande, för att finna mening, religiöst eller andligt värde och för att etablera kontakt med en gudomlig makt som t.ex. när man går till kyrka, tempel, moské eller synagoga, när man ber eller sjunger av religiösa skäl, andlig kontemplation. Innefattar insamling och analys av information från exempelvis standardiserade bedömningsinstrument, skattningsskalor, intervju och/eller observation. ICF d930
How PS003 is used
Swedish care providers record a KVÅ code for each procedure they carry out and report it, together with the patient’s ICD-10 diagnosis codes, to the National Patient Register. The diagnosis says what the patient has; the KVÅ code says what was done. Medical codes have two letters and three digits and cover investigations, treatments and other care that is not surgery.
