- Bedömning av genomförande av handlingar som sammanhänger med de psykiska eller fysiska komponenterna i en enstaka uppgift såsom att påbörja en uppgift, organisera tid, rum och material. Planera, sätta mål, genomföra och avsluta samt upprätthålla en uppgift. How PK001 is used
Swedish care providers record a KVÅ code for each procedure they carry out and report it, together with the patient’s ICD-10 diagnosis codes, to the National Patient Register. The diagnosis says what the patient has; the KVÅ code says what was done. Medical codes have two letters and three digits and cover investigations, treatments and other care that is not surgery.
