- Insatser enligt lag 2019:1297 om koordineringsinsatser för sjukskrivna patienter för att främja återgång till eller inträde i arbetslivet. Insatser i form av personligt stöd, intern samordning inom hälso- och sjukvården och extern samverkan utifrån den enskilde patientens behov för att främja, återfå eller bibehålla arbetsförmåga. Meddela samordningsbehov av arbetslivsinriktade rehabiliteringsinsatser till Försäkringskassan om patientens samtycke finns. Åtgärden kan utföras med eller utan patientkontakt
How GC001 is used
Swedish care providers record a KVÅ code for each procedure they carry out and report it, together with the patient’s ICD-10 diagnosis codes, to the National Patient Register. The diagnosis says what the patient has; the KVÅ code says what was done. Medical codes have two letters and three digits and cover investigations, treatments and other care that is not surgery.
