Systematic Reviews

Move from a review question to PubMed search, abstract screening, evidence extraction, and structured writing.

These guides describe Docdemic workflows. Some screenshots show the earlier interface. In this workspace, account security and billing are under Preferences → Account; saved documents are under Writing.

Start with search

On Step 1 (Find papers), enter your review question and let Docdemic prepare a PubMed search, or paste an exact librarian-built query. Reviews follow PRISMA by default.

Let AI build the search

Write the review question in plain language, including population, exposure/intervention, comparison, and outcomes when known. Docdemic turns it into a searchable PubMed strategy and screens retrieved abstracts against your criteria.

Extract, write, and export

Move eligible sources into Evidence and Extraction, then use Write for draft Methods/Results/Discussion sections grounded in your extracted data, or Export for screening records, evidence tables, PRISMA flow data, and files you can hand off to a broader review workflow.
